3. Now enter your registered mobile number and password. You may also need to enter a captcha code.
4. After clicking on the login option, you will be logged into your UP Family ID profile.

UP Family ID Registration

If you haven't registered for UP Family ID yet, follow this process:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Step 2: Choose Registration Option

Click on "New Registration" option on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter Mobile Number

Enter your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number, so make sure it is your active number.

Step 4: OTP Verification

Verify your number by entering the OTP received on your mobile.

Step 5: Enter Aadhaar of Family Head

Enter the Aadhaar number of the head of the family. The system will retrieve information from Aadhaar for verification.

Step 6: Fill in Family Information

Enter detailed information of all family members, including:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Relationship with the head
• Aadhaar number
• Mobile number (optional)
• Educational qualification
• Occupation
• Other necessary details

Step 7: Upload Required Documents

Scan and upload the following documents:

• Aadhaar cards of all family members
• Proof of address (electricity bill, water bill, etc.)
• Photos of family members
• Other necessary documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable)

Step 8: Review and Submit Information

Carefully review all information and then click on the submit button.

Step 9: Note Application Number

After successful submission, you will receive an application number. Keep this number safe for future reference.

UP Family ID Update

If you need to update any information in your UP Family ID, such as adding a new member, changing mobile number, or updating other details, follow this process:

1. Login to the UP Family ID Portal
   Login using your registered mobile number and password.
2. Go to Update Section
   Click on "Update Family Details" option on the dashboard.
3. Choose Type of Update
   You can choose from the following options:
   • Add New Member: To add new members to the family due to birth or marriage
   • Remove Member: To remove a member from the family due to death or other reasons
   • Update Personal Details: To update name, educational qualification, occupation, etc.
   • Update Address: To change the family's address
   • Update Mobile Number: To change the registered mobile number
   • Update Bank Account Details: To update bank details for DBT
4. Fill in Required Information
   Provide necessary details and documents according to the type of update.
5. Upload Documents
   Upload necessary documents in support of the update (such as birth certificate, death certificate, new address proof, etc.).
6. Submit and Verify
   Review all information and click on the submit button. Complete verification through OTP.

7. Track Update Status

Follow these steps to check the status of your UP Family ID application or update request:

1. Visit the Official Website
   Go to the official UP Family ID website at https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/index.html
2. Find Status Check Option
   Find and click on "Track Application" option on the homepage.

3. Enter Application Details
   Enter your application number or registered mobile number and other details like date of birth.

4. View Status
   The current status of your application will appear on the screen. The status could be "Processing", "Approved", "Rejected", or "Pending Verification".
5. Take Necessary Action
   • If status is "Approved": You can download your UP Family ID
